- Mapped existing tracks and ground for excavation plan.

bridge.
2010
- Graded between and Emerald and Normal in preparation for CJ2
track shift
- Excavated between Normal and Wallace.
- Graded from Wallace to Normal.
- Staked Siding track from Union to Halsted.
- Cut and threw existing CJ2 over the bridges to the location of
final CJ3.
- Remove switch to the Wye track
- Graded roadbed for proposed siding and began setting steel ties.
- Moved Wye track to temporary location
- Graded roadbed for CJ3,CJ2 and the Wye from Halsted to
Normal.
- Poured concrete on Normal bridge deck.
- Graded to subgrade with McHugh from Halsted to Normal
- Set CJ2/Cj3 crossover, LH switch to the West Wye and RH switch
on the West Wye
- Cut and threw cj2 to final cj3 location
- Cut and threw new Wye to final position
- Set switch for Chicago Rail Link tracks
- Staked locations of buried signal conduit
- September 13-September 17
- Staked edge of tie for CJ2 and Switching Lead at Halsted
- September 20-September 24
- Moved temporary Cj2 to Final Cj3 location from 500' West of
Halsted to new interlocker
- Moved Siding, CJ2 and CJ3 to final location from Halsted to
Union.
- Placed steel ties and rail in Ashland Yard from middle of yard to
Ashland Yard office
2011
- Set Sowfleece lead switch, built track from sowfleece switch to
the #10 crossover
- Set yard lead switch on the #10 crossover
- Set 6 Lead/ Horn track switch
- Realigned Horn Track
- Put 6 Lead on final location West of switch
- Set both switches in crossover between the 4 Lead and the 6
Lead
- Adjusted 4 Lead switch
- Added steel ties to Horn Track curve
- Worked on relocation for proposed No.15 Switch
- Cut and throw temporary CJ3 to final Siding location.
- Cut and throw temporary CJ2 to final CJ3 location.
- Moved partially built final CJ2 onto alignment near CP-Pershing.
- Cut and throw CJ2 from 199+00 to 215+00

- Staked centerline of the No.15 crossover
